DimOnion: Modern Times - Text update

It's been a while, but I did rework a lot of the DimOnion cards a bit since the last update.  The other day I also went ahead and gave the Dominion: Adventures rule set a spin by adding an Event to Modern Times: the Filibuster, a sort of Spy variant that gives out -1 card tokens, but which can also be a double-edged sword.

Liquidate, Minimum Wage, and Filibuster are brand new.

Football and Val-U-Sav Card were reworked substantially.  Property Insurance got a simplified rework.  Batteries got some tweaks.  Some other tweaks I'm probably forgetting are out there as well.

For newcomers, recall that DimOnion consists entirely of totally-functional themed parody cards based on Domion.  This particular set includes Debt in the supply every time, as well as three Shelter-type cards that take the place of starting Estates.  Also recall that Debt is (naturally) the uniting theme of Modern Times.  It is a slightly complicated Action-Curse that needed a lot of balancing in order to function as a hard-to-get-rid-of penalty in a trashing-heavy fan set.  Players can expect Modern Times to take a bit longer than vanilla Dominion because of this, but not as long as it used to back when Insider only cost $4.

Anyway, here are the updated card descriptions:
